TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Free State of Saxony, represented by the Saxon State Ministry of Finance, represented by the State operation Saxon State Real Estate and Construction Management (Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement), intends to construct the indoor shooting range (RSA) as a new-build. The planning task is to be implemented in the north-eastern corner of the Weinböhlaer Straße property in Dresden. The entire site is intended in future to be used as an operational training support base of the PD Dresden, with the indoor shooting range forming only one of the modules of the overall concept. The premises are to be accessible only to police personnel and must be separated from the public area in such a way that unauthorised entry and access are made more difficult. The RSA is a functional training facility for the police, but it is nevertheless intended to be a building with a modern, restrained architectural language and with building structures that are appropriately subdivided according to the functions.
