TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the public contract is as follows: Project management assistance for the amicable acquisition of land in the recycling sector as part of the ORCOD-IN scheme in Ile-de-France. This assignment covers cross-cutting support for acquisitions, excluding expropriation procedures (already existing contracts), in all their dimensions: contact with households, negotiation, organisation of document exchanges and site visits, administrative preparation of files, interface between all parties involved, and all cross-cutting actions facilitating acquisitions by the EPF. The contract is in addition to already existing interventions: - Work carried out directly by EPF teams, - Interventions by Grand Paris Aménagement under the horizontal cooperation convention, - Interventions by service providers responsible for conducting expropriation procedures. The contract is handled at unit prices (Article R2112-6 1°), in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-1 et seq. on the one hand, and R2162-13-14 on the other hand.
