TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this invitation to tender is planning services in the scope of services Technical Equipment in accordance with § 53 HOAI for the installations of cost groups 440, 450 and 460 pursuant to DIN 276. The services for service phases 1 to 2 for the first to fifth construction phases, and the services for service phases 3 to 9 for the first to third construction phases are to be awarded. With the award of the contract, service phases 1 to 2 for construction phases 1 to 5 are to be commissioned and, on the basis of further performance calls, the services for service phases 3 to 9 for construction phases 1 to 3. The remaining object and specialist planning services for construction phases 4 to 5 are reserved for a further EU-wide invitation to tender.
