TENDER DESCRIPTION

The University Hospital Frankfurt (UKF) is procuring in parallel a flexible AI compute, development and integration platform. The platform is intended to be used for 36 months for heterogeneous AI, analytics, development and integration scenarios. For professional and technical management, secure integration into the existing UKF infrastructure, economical use and controlled further development, a consulting partner independent of the compute provider will be commissioned. No pure AI strategy consultant and no staffing pool is being sought, but rather a hands-on specialist team that links hospital IT, enterprise/campus/data centre infrastructures, AI compute, cloud/hybrid, container/Kubernetes, information security, audit support and provider management with one another. The goal is a repeatable approach from the use-case idea through technical architecture, resource and security assessment and piloting to the decision on scaling, regular operations or termination.
