TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a container-based village community hall in Nowa Rola, Gmina Tuplice 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a container-based village community hall in the town of Nowa Rola, Gmina Tuplice, in accordance with the architectural and construction design. The scope of works includes construction and installation works for locating the hall’s container set on the plot and carrying out an access driveway together with parking spaces for passenger cars, a power supply cable, a water connection, a wastewater tank and discharge of wastewater in accordance with the project documentation. Associated works to be performed by the Contractor include: − preparatory works on the construction site (including fencing, power supply) − earthworks − works involving removal of topsoil − dewatering of the site for excavations − securing excavations in accordance with the BHP (occupational health and safety) regulations − geodetic layout (staking out) − geodetic subcontractor as-built surveying.
