TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a village community hall in Gajdy 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a village community hall building in the locality of Gajdy (commune (gm.) Zalewo, plot no. 94/1, cadastral unit (obręb) 0006 Gajdy) together with the accompanying infrastructure. The facility will be built using traditional technology as a single-storey building (1 above-ground storey) with a gross floor area of 138.74 m², usable floor area of 110.41 m² and a cubature of 711.73 m³. The scope of the contract includes in particular: - Construction and installation works (water and sewage, sanitary, electrical). - Installation of a heating and cooling system: heat pumps with a capacity of 10 kW and an additional multi-split air-conditioning system. - External infrastructure: construction of connections, installation of a watertight tank for sewage (septic tank) and hardening of the site. 2.
