TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the spreading of topsoil over flat areas on selected soil blocks intended for the delivery of topsoil as part of the site preparation for the project “D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice”. As part of the implementation of the site preparation for the D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice project (the D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice construction, site preparation for ZAV), the topsoil was excavated and subsequently transported to the selected soil blocks in accordance with the MŽP (Ministry of the Environment) opinion on the removal of agricultural land from the Agricultural Land Fund and its subsequent updates. The topsoil must be spread until the time when it will be necessary to use the affected soil blocks for agronomic purposes by agricultural entities. At present, on the Client’s side, the contractual relationship with the Contractor of the “D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice” construction is being legally analysed, in which the question of an item intended for the performance of work consisting in the spreading of topsoil over flat areas is addressed between the contracting parties.
