TENDER DESCRIPTION

Equipping the playground as part of the project entitled “Siemianowickie Bajtle” (European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027) 1. The subject of the contract is the design, supply and installation of playground elements indicated in the Functional and Utility Programme. 2. For the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall provide a warranty for a period consistent with the Contractor’s offer, but not shorter than 60 months, counting from the next day after the day of the protocol acceptance without reservations of the entire subject of the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes: a) the Functional and Utility Programme together with appendices (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ), b) the Draft contractual provisions (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ). – hereinafter collectively referred to as the Documentation. 4.
