TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the Municipality of Końskie, the Municipality of Radoszyce, the Municipality of Fałków, the Municipality of Ruda Maleniecka, the Municipality of Gowarczów, the Public Library of the City and Municipality of Końskie im. Cezary Chlebowski, the Kielce Cultural Centre in Końskie, the Municipality of Słupia Konecka, the Municipal Utility Company of the Municipality of Słupia Konecka Sp. z o.o. and their organisational units, for the operation of buildings, premises, utility facilities and street lighting. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards of the Energy Law Act and implementing regulations for the metering points under the entities participating in the procedure, whose list is attached as Appendix No 1 to the SWZ.
