TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Contracting Authority intends to take out a new WGA self-risk-bearer insurance as of 1-1-2027 in order to cover all attributable costs arising from the WGA self-risk-bearing liability. In addition to the basic coverage, the run-off risk must also be covered. The Contracting Authority is already a self-risk bearer for the Sickness Benefit (Ziektewet) and also intends to remain so throughout the entire term of the new WGA insurance.
