TENDER DESCRIPTION

As of 1-1-2027, the Contracting Authority will act as the private risk bearer for the WGA. As of 1-1-2027, the Contracting Authority wishes to take out a WGA private risk bearer insurance policy in order to cover all allocable costs arising from the private risk bearing responsibility for the WGA. In doing so—besides the basic coverage—the run-off risk must also be covered. As of 1-1-2027, the Contracting Authority will be a private risk bearer for the Sickness Benefit (Ziektewet) and also intends to continue this throughout the full term of the new WGA insurance policy.
