TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services include the operation activities of the sites (operation of the transfer centres, composting platforms and monitoring of the ISDNDs during post-closure operations): - For all sites: Maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of all sites provided; Maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of all plant and equipment provided; Compliance with obligations linked to prefectural orders; Prevention of risks and nuisance; Site monitoring. - For the transfer centres and composting platforms: Reception of waste producers and receipt of waste; Monitoring of the quality of waste received; Management of stocks and requests for waste evacuation; Loading and evacuation of waste; - For the ISDNDs during post-closure operations: Biogas treatment as part of the management of ISDNDs during post-closure operations; - As well as administrative management activities for the sites.
