TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract award is technical and infrastructural building services for 6 sites in Berlin. The services particularly include caretaking services, operation and monitoring of technical systems, as well as technical building management to ensure the functional, operational and traffic safety of the properties. In addition, the scope of services includes operations management, warranty and defect tracking, security services, as well as ongoing documentation, reporting and controlling of the services provided. The purpose of the assignment is the economical, safe and sustainable management of the properties, as well as ensuring proper, legally compliant and trouble-free building operation. To ensure a smooth transfer of services, an implementation and transition phase is planned before regular service provision begins. This is expected to start on 01.01.2027 and is intended in particular for the takeover of the sites, the establishment of the required organizational structures, the onboarding of the personnel, and the coordination of operating and documentation processes.
