TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction phase 1: Extension new-build school/children’s day-care centre (80% of scope of services) - Wooden interior doors with door hardware - Wooden glass partition walls with interior doors - Internal windowsills - Wall claddings and partition screens - Acoustic wall panels Construction phase 2: Auditorium/foyer (20% of scope of services) - Interior doors with door hardware - Internal windowsills The additional effort for the repeated arrivals and departures (also within the individual construction phases) for the work shall be included and will not be remunerated separately. The phases will be carried out at different times. Individual deadlines are to be taken from the construction schedule.
