TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this contract is the provision of maintenance, optimisation and upgrade services, as well as user support for the system developed under the project “Implementation of a Central Document Circulation System, Routing and Interoperability with Remote Digital Signatures, as well as its Support Mechanism (help desk)”. In particular, the subject matter of this contract includes: Phase A’: Provision of maintenance services for the sub-systems of the Κ.Σ.Η.Δ.Ε. project. Phase B’: Provision of optimisation and upgrade services. Phase C’: Provision of user support services.
