TENDER DESCRIPTION

Salon Vuokratalot Oy requests tenders for the total contract for a new apartment building to be constructed at Isohärjänkatu 7 in Salo. The procurement includes the implementation of a seven-storey residential apartment building fully completed and put into service in accordance with the contract documents. The building will have 36 apartments as well as a shelter, personal property storage rooms, technical spaces, a waste room, and shared storage facilities. The contract shall be carried out as a total contract in which the contractor acts as the main contractor for the project and is responsible for the project in its entirety, including construction, earthworks, HVAC (mechanical) and plumbing (LVIA) work, and electrical work, as well as other obligations specified in the contract documents. The construction site is located at Isohärjänkatu 7, 24240 Salo. The building site is, at present, an undeveloped plot.
