TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kannuksen Teollisuuskylä Oy is a real estate development company owned by the City of Kannus and the development company YritysKannus, whose objective is to enable affordable industrial growth spaces for businesses in Kannus. The company is now seeking a cost-effective and high-quality hall manufacturer for the next hall project, which will also act as the main contractor for the project. The main contractor’s responsibilities also include structural design for the site. The technical solutions for the project are intended to result in a high-quality, yet as cost-effective as possible, operating space for industrial companies operating as tenants. The lead design has been carried out by Arkkitehtitoimisto Paloranta Oy; Ratech Oy is responsible for LVISA design. The approximately 1,000 m2 industrial hall planned for the Raonhaka industrial area in Kannus will be implemented in two phases.
