TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Tampere requests tenders in accordance with this tender notice and its appendices. The procurement will provide integration training in accordance with the Act on the Arrangement of Employment Services (380/2023) and the Act on the Promotion of Integration (681/2023). In an open procedure, one service provider is selected with which an framework agreement with no fixed term is concluded. The content of the service to be procured is described in more detail in the service description attached to the tender notice. The appendices to the tender notice are available under “Appendices to the tender notice”. The estimated value of the service to be procured exceeds the threshold value for the contract notices listed in Appendix E under Section 25 of the Act on Public Contracts and Concession Contracts (Public Procurement Act 1397/2016), and therefore the Public Procurement Act is applied in the competition. The contracting authority selects the tender that is, overall, the most economically advantageous.
