TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Tampere requests tenders in accordance with this tender notice and its appendices. The procurement involves integration training in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Employment Services (380/2023) and the Act on the Promotion of Integration (681/2023). An open procedure is used to select one service provider with whom a procurement contract valid until further notice will be concluded. The content of the service to be procured is described in more detail in the service description appended to the tender notice. The appendices to the tender notice can be found in the section “Appendices to the Tender Notice”. The estimated value of the service to be procured exceeds the threshold value for contract award procedures under Annex E of section 25 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (Procurement Act 1397/2016), and therefore the Procurement Act is applied in the competitive tendering.
