TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Tampere requests tenders in accordance with this tender request and its appendices. The competitive tendering procedure procures integration training in accordance with the Act on the Organisation of Workforce Services (380/2023) and the Act on the Promotion of Integration (681/2023). An open procedure will be used to select one service provider with whom a framework agreement with indefinite term (until further notice) will be concluded. The content of the service to be procured is described in more detail in the service description attached to this tender request. The appendices to the tender request can be found under the section “Appendices to the tender request”. The estimated value of the service to be procured exceeds the threshold value referred to in Section 25 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (Public Procurement Act 1397/2016) for contracts covered by Appendix E, and therefore the Public Procurement Act is applied in the tendering.
