TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning, delivery, installation, calibration, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a LiDAR-based sensing and evaluation solution for the Lufthansa Service Center at Frankfurt/Main Airport, including dashboard, data storage, interfaces, remote monitoring, support and performance reporting. The Lufthansa Service Center is located in the public area of Terminal 1 which is not subject to air-security controls. Especially in irregularity situations (IRREG), transparency regarding queues, occupancy and use is intended in order to support operational control and a possible load distribution to further Service Centers. The procurement pursues the following objectives: ● Real-time transparency about inflow, outflow, occupancy and waiting time of the stand area. ● Threshold value-based warnings for early operational response in IRREG situations. ● Historical analysis for pattern recognition and improvement of resource and area management.
