TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of its maintenance policy and activities led by the Maintenance Support Department (Pôle Support Maintenance), the Infrastructure Directorate aims to strengthen service continuity, develop and continuously improve maintenance methods, and provide support tools for maintenance activities, management and operational support. To this end, GA is seeking an agent who can offer the following three profiles: 1) Business Analyst for GMAO programme coordination; 2) Business Analyst for the development of technical services; 3) Data Reporting Consultant with PowerBI expertise. The scope notably includes support for the GMAO tools CARL Source, CARL Touch and CARL Flash, the “Works and Breakdowns - DI” Portal under ServiceNow, the Power BI / WEBI / BIRT Reporting tools, maintenance methods, as well as the processes associated with the 7575 call centre and the technical services of the Infrastructure Directorate.
