TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a small procurement procedure that is competed as a procedure exceeding the national threshold. Mäntsälä Municipality requests your tender for Mäntsälä Municipality’s municipal engineering measurement services within the municipality’s area for the years 2027–2028. The contracting authority is Mäntsälä Municipality’s Technical and Vitality Services. The objective of the tender competition is to select two (2) service providers. If an insufficient number of tenders is received or tenders must be rejected, the number of selected suppliers may be lower. A framework arrangement will be established with the selected service providers. The selected service providers will be ranked in order of priority based on the tendered price. The contracting authority will offer the procurement in question first, in order of priority, to the first service provider without a streamlined internal competitive procedure within the framework arrangement. If the first service provider in the order of priority does not have the capability to provide the service within the schedule defined by the contracting authority, the order will be placed with the next service provider.
