TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is landscaping and site works. The focus is on the creation of the all-around access areas made of concrete block paving, the installation of the bicycle parking spaces largely using grass grid paving, as well as the construction of the car parking spaces. In addition, the tender includes the creation of vegetated areas (grass, shrubs, perennials and tree planting), the supply and installation of items of equipment, the reinstatement of the existing furniture, and the creation of stormwater infiltration via soakaway trenches (rigoles). In one sub-area, the felling of 28 not-protected existing trees is required. As part of site clearance for the extension, felling work was already necessary; the replacement plantings intended for this purpose are also included in this tender.
