TENDER DESCRIPTION

With 1,520 beds, approx. 60,000 inpatient patient contacts, approx. 3,500 day-patient patient contacts and approx. 433,000 outpatient patient contacts, and approx. 10,000 employees, the Medical School Hannover (MHH) is the largest healthcare provider in Lower Saxony. The State of Lower Saxony, represented by the Ministry for Science and Culture (MWK), has decided to have a replacement construction built for the outstation of the legal medicine department of the Medical School Hannover (MHH) on the new Medical Campus of the University of Oldenburg at Pophankeweg in Oldenburg. The outstation of the Institute of Legal Medicine of the MHH in Oldenburg is responsible for the basic legal-medical care of western Lower Saxony, from Osnabrück to Emden and Bremen. To implement the project, the MHH is seeking, as part of this public procurement procedure, a specialist planner for the service profile of external facilities. Further specialist planning services required (structural engineering design, object planning, etc.) will be put out to tender in separately published procurement procedures.
