TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a payroll calculation system solution to be acquired as a SaaS service, with which it is possible to handle payroll calculation for the Monetra Group’s wellbeing services county customer accounts and the management of the employment relationship lifecycle from its establishment to its end. The procurement has been described in more detail in the procurement appendices. The procurement appendices are presented in a separate appendix document titled “Monetra E29 2026 Procurement of a Payroll Calculation System for Wellbeing Services Counties Appendix List”. In the names of the appendix documents, the numbering and names of the framework agreement and delivery agreement appendices have been followed to the extent that the appendices returned in the tender will become appendices to the framework agreement or the delivery agreement. For clarity, the file names or file formats of the completed appendices in the request for tenders that are required and attached to the tender are not allowed to be changed when submitting the tender.
