TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the service of professional supervision over the performance of structural, comprehensive and non-structural restoration works of 13 earthquake-damaged buildings in Zagreb – Svačić Block, as provided for by the Law on Restoration, the Programme of Measures, the Construction Act and related regulations governing restoration, as well as the regulations governing the performance of work and activities of spatial planning and construction, and any subsequent amendments and supplements to those regulations. All of the buildings covered by this procurement are located within the area of cultural property – the Historical Urban Area of the City of Zagreb, entered in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia under number Z-1525.
