TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this procurement procedure is the supply of 6 buses meeting the minimum technical requirements according to Annex No. 2 to the procurement documents – the technical specification and pricing (hereinafter referred to as the “bus”). In accordance with Section 100(1) of the Act, the contracting authority reserves the possibility of a change to the obligations under the Contract consisting in increasing the total number of buses by a maximum of 4 additional buses. For details regarding the reserved change to the obligations, see the binding draft of the Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 to the procurement documents. The scope of performance further includes the provision of warranty service, regular warranty service inspections, delivery of all documentation, conducting training for persons designated by the contracting authority to operate the buses, and other activities or supplies in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the procurement documents.
