TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the delivery of 7 intercity buses meeting the minimum technical requirements according to Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation — the technical specification and pricing (hereinafter referred to as the “bus”). In accordance with Section 100(1), the contracting authority reserves the possibility to modify the obligations under the Contract by increasing the total number of buses by a maximum of an additional 5 buses. For details regarding the reserved modification of obligations, see the binding draft of the Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation. The scope of the performance further includes the provision of warranty service services, regular warranty service inspections, delivery of all documentation, carrying out training of persons designated by the contracting authority to operate the buses, and other activities or deliveries in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation.
