TENDER DESCRIPTION
The construction project is a new build within the meaning of Article 2(3) of the BayBO and comprises a two-storey school building with an attached, single-storey schoolyard hall (pavilion) which connects two existing school wings. The work will be carried out on the ground floor and first floor of the new schoolyard hall and wing 2, as well as in the adjacent transitions to wing 1 (ground floor) and wing 4 (basement, ground floor and first floor). The building height of wing 2 is approx. 8.00 m and that of the schoolyard hall approx. 4.00 m above finished ground level (OK Gelände). Scope of services: Approx. 1,000 m² floor covering made of natural stone, Jura grey Approx. 42 m natural stone covering on stair treads
