TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services include in detail the manufacture, delivery and installation of the building management and control (BMS) systems for the entire project. This includes controlling five air handling units (AHUs) that are regulated by occupancy detection. For events, two of the units can be switched over to CO2 control. For waste rooms, kitchen extract air and the central cleaning chemicals supply, there are dedicated extract air fans. Particular attention is required for the controls for the laboratory exhaust air and for the smoke extraction of the ceramic kiln. For the canteen, smoke extraction using make-up air via doors is provided. The heat supply will be implemented by district heating. The BMS ensures the control of the feed pumps and units in the heating distribution manifold. The corridors are heated by underfloor heating, and its control is also handled by the BMS. In addition, fault reports and sensor data from various trades such as sanitary services and heating must be collected, processed and stored.
