Purpose/Reason for the construction measure The present construction measure is an education and training facility for military purposes. The focus will be on firing exercises for close-range firing. For this purpose, a hall firing range (HSA) is required with two separate training areas (firing lane 1 & 2) for live fire, and two training and action rooms (AGSHP - simulation), as well as the necessary functional areas. Type of construction measure: New construction for a hall firing range on the basis of the introduced location-independent “Standard planning of hall firing ranges of the Bundeswehr” (StdPlg HSA Bw, Lph 2 to Lph 6). The StdPlg HSA Bw is mandatory to apply. Site-specific measures and adaptations are to be planned and executed according to the specific location. Building type The building structure of the hall firing range is divided into two building parts. The main building is a two-storey hall structure. The ground floor of the hall building is used primarily for firing exercises.
