TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project component 1 includes the construction of a laboratory and office building for medicine (2nd construction phase) with estimated construction costs of approximately EUR 65 million gross (KG 200-500); construction start is planned for 05/2028 and construction completion for 05/2031. Project component 2 relates to a teaching building for medicine (3rd construction phase) and is structured as an optional scope component that is commissioned only upon activation; the 3rd construction phase includes, among other things, practical training laboratories, microscopy rooms, seminar rooms, lecture halls, a library and a cafeteria. The estimated construction costs here are approximately EUR 74 million gross (KG 200-500); construction start is planned for 07/2029 and construction completion is targeted for 07/2032. The project is to be implemented using the BIM methodology; the contractor assumes the role of BIM specialist coordination in the BIM process.
