TENDER DESCRIPTION

Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the area of the Municipality of Stary Lubotyń in 2027. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for collecting and managing municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the Municipality of Stary Lubotyń, together with equipping the properties with the necessary bins and bags for waste collection, and equipping the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) with the necessary bins and containers. The scope of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner and of unsorted (mixed) waste, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in a way that ensures, in particular, that the Contracting Authority achieves the required levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limits the mass of municipal waste generated that is biodegradable and sent for landfill.
