TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. Subject matter of the contract. 1) The subject matter of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the territory of Gmina Nowogródek Pomorski, i.e. - residential properties, - properties on which holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located, 2) The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste generated at properties where residents live, at properties where holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located. The list of properties where municipal waste is generated constitutes an annex to the specification of the terms of the contract. 3) The Contractor is required to supply bags for separate waste collection to property owners who carry out separate waste collection, in single-family, detached (rural), and multi-family developments.
