TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract includes the provision of a service entitled: “Collection of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties within the Tuliszków commune in the period from 1 January 2027 until 31 December 2029” 2. The estimated annual amount of municipal waste is 3 600.00 Mg; thus, the forecast amount of municipal waste under the basic contract is 10 800.00 Mg 3. The subject matter of the contract is the collection of all municipal waste from residential properties and municipal waste in the quantity declared from non-residential properties located within the Tuliszków commune, and the collection of bulky waste, including used tyres and used electrical and electronic equipment, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the provisions of the updated Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship for 2023–2028, and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Tuliszków Commune and City. 4.
