TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from properties where residents live and from properties which in part are properties where residents live and in part are properties where residents do not live, and where municipal waste is generated (mixed properties), covered by the municipal system for the collection of municipal waste, located within the area of Bolesław Commune, in 2026, in a manner ensuring the achievement of an appropriate level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, a landfill level, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for landfilling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, and with implementing regulations issued on the basis of the above-mentioned Act, the applicable Waste Management Plan for the Małopolskie Voivodeship, and applicable local law regulations, i.e. resolutions of the Bolesław Commune Council on the Rules for maintaining cleanliness and order within the area of Bolesław Commune and on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of…
