TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: 1) collection and management of all municipal non-segregated waste (mixed) and waste collected in a selective manner, tyres, mixed waste from construction, renovations and demolition, bulky waste, used electronic and electrical equipment from residential properties located in the area of Brzeg Dolny in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes and the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste; 2) handling, collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”); 3) collection and management of all municipal waste from non-residential areas referred to in Annex No 8 to the SWZ; 4) operating a Customer Service Point in the area of Brzeg Dolny in order to provide ongoing service to property owners with regard to the waste collection service being provided; 5) carrying out ecological education campaigns regarding the proper management of selective waste collection. 2.
