TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery and disposal) of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the area of Gmina Niedźwiada - regardless of their quantity (except for waste containing asbestos) and the collection and management of waste collected at the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, in particular: 1) equipping properties reported by the Contracting Authority with single-family housing with the necessary containers for collecting mixed waste in accordance with the provisions set out in point 6 of Annex No 1 to the SWZ, and collection of the containers after the contract period ends. 2) equipping properties reported by the Contracting Authority with multi-family housing with the necessary containers for collecting mixed waste and containers for selective collection in accordance with the provisions set out in point 6 of Annex No 1 to the SWZ, and collection of the containers after the contract period ends. 4.2.
