TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1: Collection and recovery of at least 2,000 Mg of waste with code 19 12 10 – estimated quantity of waste intended for recovery: at least 2,000 Mg – max. 2,500 Mg; 1. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the specified quantities of waste are indicative and may change. The Contracting Authority guarantees the minimum quantity of waste at the level of: 2,000 Mg for each part of the contract. 2. The contractor shall recover the waste in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. 3. The waste covered by this contract shall be transported and then recovered in installations which have decisions allowing the processing of such waste, in a manner consistent with the applicable provisions of law. 4. The collection of waste shall be carried out by transport arranged by the contractor and at the contractor’s cost, including transport and insurance costs for the time of transport and unloading. 5. Upon the delivery of the waste to the contractor by the Contracting Authority, all benefits and burdens associated with it, as well as the risk of its accidental loss or damage, shall pass to the contractor.
