TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport for further recovery processes of waste with code ex19 12 10 - combustible waste (alternative fuel) generated in the sorting process of selectively collected packaging waste at the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) Olszowa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olszowa, at: Olszowa, ul. Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno. 2. The service shall be carried out in accordance with decisions held by the Contractor and with all generally applicable provisions of law, in particular: a) the Waste Act of 14.12.2012.; b) the Act of 27 April 2001 on Environmental Protection. 3. The waste covered by this contract must be transported and then recovered at installations indicated by the Contractor that: a) hold valid decisions to conduct activities in the scope of waste recovery specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 with regard to the waste code 19 12 10; b) hold the decisions/permits/entries required by law in the relevant registers, enabling the transport of waste with code 19 12 10; c) have an active account in the electronic system BDO, enabling the performance of the necessary activities related to waste…
