TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the following communes, which constitute separate sectors: 1) Sector IV – the area of the Dolsk Commune. 2. The waste will be collected: 1) from property owners where residents live, 2) from summer houses or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes, 3) from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located on plot with registration no.: a) 1470/2 located within the area of Dolsk in the Dolsk Commune (Sector IV), 4) from pharmacies located in: a) the Dolsk Commune – Sector IV (collection of expired medicines), 5) from e-waste collection points located in: a) Dolsk, Kościańska Street, by the building of the Municipal-Commune Sports and Recreation Centre (Sector IV). 6) from properties indicated by the Contracting Authority, if such need arises pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Sector IV). 3. The subject of the contract also includes delivering the collected waste and unloading it at the Municipal Installation - PreZero Recycling Zachód Sp. z o.o. at Piotrowo Pierwsze 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń.
