TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The Contractor is obliged to organise and carry out the collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated at residential properties in accordance with generally applicable provisions of law in this regard, local law, and the provisions of these Terms of Reference (OPZ). The service covers approximately 4,330 households in detached houses and single-family housing, inhabited by approximately 11,000 residents, and approximately 22,700 multi-unit buildings in which approximately 23,000 residents live. The number of properties handled in terms of municipal waste collection may increase or decrease by a maximum of 10%. Such a change will not constitute a basis for amending the contract or the Contractor’s remuneration. 2. From Monday to Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., the Contractor is required to collect the following types of municipal waste from property owners—directly from the premises: 1) mixed municipal waste; 2) separately collected municipal waste (i.e. paper and cardboard, metals, glass, plastic materials, ash, multi-material packaging), bio-waste including Christmas trees collected during the period after the holidays; 3) bulky waste; with the…
