TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service involving the collection, transport and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and selectively collected waste stored in containers and bags, in accordance with the requirements resulting from the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Gmina Żary, generated at properties where residents live throughout the entire area of Gmina Żary, from the following localities: Biedrzychowice, Bieniów, Bogumiłów, Dąbrowiec, Drożków, Drozdów, Grabik, Janików, Kadłubia, Lubanice, Lubomyśl, Łaz, Łukawy, Marszów, Mirostowice Dolne, Mirostowice Górne, Miłowice, Olbrachtów, Olszyniec, Rościce, Rusocice, Stawnik, Siodło, Surowa, Sieniawa Żarska, Włostów, Złotnik, as well as organising a stationary selective collection point for municipal waste (PSZOK) together with its maintenance and operation. 2.
