TENDER DESCRIPTION

This notice serves to conclude agreements regarding the active ingredient "Buprenorphine, Naloxon, dosage form: SUT (ATC code: N07BC51)" with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of Section 130a(8) sentence 1 of the Fifth Book of the German Social Code (SGB V) (rebate agreements). Pursuant to Section 130a(8) sentence 1 SGB V, the invitation to participate is addressed only to pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or to associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 4(18) of the Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz, AMG). This is not an Open Procedure; rather, it is a publication of the invitation to conclude/join/rebate agreements with conditions that are set for all participants and are not negotiable, including the amount of the rebate. The corresponding information under point 2.1 "Type of procedure" and under point 5.1.12 "Condition for award of contract here: deadline by which the offer must remain valid" is solely due to the structure of this form.
