TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority is seeking one Contractor to enter into an Agreement that will cover: The architectural design, the interior design, the building services (engineering) design and the structural design of the Palace, including all relevant aspects in the field of acoustics, fire safety, sustainability etc. The work will be carried out on the basis of a Program of Requirements. With the integrated design team, this Program of Requirements will be developed, within the stated boundary conditions, into specification documents. In Phase 2 (award phase), further information will be provided regarding the boundary conditions. Tenderers must register for the entire lot, not for part of the work of the lot.
