TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies rebate contracts with the aforementioned active substance without selection decision. The contract conclusions take place within the framework of an "Open House model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. In the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions, and access procedures are uniform - individual negotiations are not conducted. The contract durations are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract start date is 01.09.2026. All contracts end at the latest 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or concluding a contract can occur within the 24-month period each on the first of each month. There is a right of termination six weeks before the end of the month according to the terms of the contract. Further information on termination options is included in the contract documents. AOK…
