TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the Open House procedure, medicinal products are excluded in accordance with the BfArM list pursuant to Section 35(5a) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) (paediatric medicinal products). The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for various active ingredients as part of a so-called Open House procedure. Under the condition of uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, the conclusion of and/or accession to a rebate contract pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredient is offered to all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies. The earliest possible start date of the contract is 01.12.2026; the contract end date is 30.11.2028. For the active ingredients Golimumab and Tocilizumab as of 01.01.2027. Accession to this Open House procedure is possible at any time within the contract term.
