TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the Open House procedure, medicinal products corresponding to the BfArM list under Section 35(5a) of SGB V (paediatric medicinal products) are excluded. The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts under Section 130a(8) of SGB V for various active ingredients within the framework of a so-called Open House procedure. Under the condition of uniform contract terms as well as a uniform access procedure, the conclusion or accession to a discount contract under Section 130a(8) of SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredient is offered to all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies. The earliest contract start date is 01.12.2026; the contract end date is 30.11.2028. For the active ingredients Golimumab and Tocilizumab as of 01.01.2027. Accession to this Open House procedure is possible at any time during the term of the contract. Please be so kind as to send us, if you are interested, preferably in advance by email, the discount contract signed in duplicate, taking into account the BfArM list of paediatric medicinal products.
