TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public contract is the preparation of design documentation for a new building to provide social services for the contributory organization of the Olomouc Region, Nursing Home Jesenec, located at Jesenec 1, 798 53 Jesenec, Company ID: 71197702. The new building will provide residential services to 70 clients with reduced self-sufficiency primarily due to age. The project must comply with specific requirements for accessibility, user safety, hygiene and operational standards for social services, and energy efficiency. The design documentation will also address necessary related investments consisting of the demolition of existing buildings on plot no. st. 28/2 (building no. 109 and an outbuilding on the border with plots no. 430/6, 430/5, and st. p. 28/1 cadastral area Jesenec). It will also include the complete landscaping of the affected plots, including the design of external paved and unpaved areas, planting of greenery, and the connection of the building to transport and technical infrastructure.
